1. Order Confirmation via WhatsApp: Placing an order through our digital catalog sends a structured message to our official WhatsApp account. An order is only considered accepted and sent to the kitchen once a member of our team replies to confirm it.
2. Menu & Pricing: We make every effort to display accurate pricing and descriptions on our digital menu. Prices, ingredients (including our standard inclusion of French fries with all burgers), and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a correct and active WhatsApp phone number and an accurate delivery address.
4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be handled by the local courts of Hurghada.
