Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our meals—including our fresh beef burgers, crispy chicken tempura burgers, and pastas —are prepared hot and fresh to order, we enforce a strict refund and cancellation workflow:

  • Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your order free of charge within 5 minutes of submitting it via WhatsApp. Once our kitchen confirms the order and starts grilling, cancellations cannot be accepted, and the full order amount must be paid.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If we make a mistake and send you the wrong item, or if part of your order is missing, please message us on WhatsApp immediately with a photo of the food receipt. We will gladly rush out a replacement item or offer a discount on your next order.
  • Quality Issues: If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the preparation or quality of your meal, please contact our manager directly via WhatsApp within 30 minutes of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
