We take pride in getting our burgers to your doorstep while they are still hot, fresh, and juicy!

• Primary Delivery Zone: Our physical kitchen is located in El Fayroz, behind the Go Bus Station, Hurghada. We offer local delivery to El Fayroz, Al Ahyaa, and surrounding nearby neighborhoods.
• Delivery Fees & Order Times: Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on your distance from our El Fayroz location. Estimated delivery times usually range between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of your order and local traffic.
• Drop-off Instructions: Since navigating certain residential areas in Hurghada can be tricky, please provide clear instructions in your text (e.g., building number, floor, apartment number, or a nearby landmark).
• Failed Delivery: Our delivery rider will attempt to contact your phone number upon arrival. If the rider cannot reach you and you do not respond to our WhatsApp messages within 10 minutes of arrival, the rider will return to the kitchen, and your account may be restricted from future Cash on Delivery ordering.
